Room Cleanliness Truly Impressive

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was always friendly and efficient. Breakfast options were diverse, catering to various tastes, making morning meals delightful.

However, we faced some noise disruptions from other guests that made it difficult to relax at night. This was a bit disappointing, especially since we hoped for a peaceful stay.

absoluteley shock’d by the outdated heater that howled like a banshee, and the poor toilet that woudl ve been better off as decor. after that nightmare, I expected a complimentary stay or at least a room upgrade, but nope. best western is really dropping the ball in hartland, disappointing to say the least.

The indoor pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for winding down after a long day. The breakfast variety impressed us greatly, with options for both hot meals and fresh fruit. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Request a room away from common areas for extra quiet. it can enhance your comfort and relaxation during the stay.

I had a great time during my stay – the breakfast was super satisfying with waffles, eggs, and fresh fruit. I also loved the comfy chair in my room. However, the room had a slight musty smell when I arrived.

Comfortable Stay but Heads Up for Second Floor Rooms

Enjoyed our two nights in a queen room. Fantastic breakfast, especially the waffles! However, be mindful if you need elevator access. the second floor has none. Encountered some noise from outside smokers. The room setup was nice, but ensure your appliances are checked beforehand.

The room was spacious and generally clean, though the carpet could use a good cleaning since walking barefoot left black marks on my feet. Morning breakfast offered a delightful variety, with plenty of tasty options like hot foods and fresh fruit. Despite the room's size, I was disturbed by the lights mysteriously turning on at 5 AM, impacting my rest. Additionally, the convenience of the location was appreciated, especially close to activities and attractions.

We loved our stay here, especially since the indoor pool kept the kids entertained for hours! The breakfast was a real hit with the kids, offering lots of tasty options, including waffles and pancakes. Plus, the hotel is close to tons of fun activities in town.

I enjoyed the convenient location near the dance competition. The king room was clean with a comfortable chair, perfect for relaxing. We appreciated separate entry to our room. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. I would return for another stay! 🌟
